The training program

Module 1

Foundation.

● Consider the forms, formats, coaching philosophy and structure of coaching sessions
Let’s analyze the key elements of coaching. How it will help us and our clients
● We will find your strengths. Let’s start unpacking your personality and expertise
Consider the coach’s personality as his or her main tool in the work
● We will lay the foundation for a personal brand. You will get a structure
● We will go through the main tools needed in coaching and ways to establish communication
● We will go over the psychological characteristics of client types
Learn how to conduct the first introductory session
● We will work out the learned tools and technologies in practice within the group
You will have a “Kaleidoscope of Clients” – a day of coaching practice with real clients. This is group mentoring, where in separate rooms you will conduct real sessions with different clients, and the mentor will observe and give feedback
● You will try out 2 roles: 1) conducting sessions under the supervision of a mentor, and 2) watching someone else conduct sessions. The advantage is that you will conduct sessions with people outside the group

Module 2.

● We will work on tools for training clients and achieving their goals. Communication skills are the key to success in coaching
● Starting work with a client. How to get started to successfully reach the end
Consider 50+ tools for achieving results in coaching that work
Through the study of the tools, your personality will begin to be worked out in parallel and your coaching communication system will be built up. This is the key to your professional success as a coach
● And again you will have a “Kaleidoscope of Clients” – a day of coaching practice with real clients

Module 3

● You will learn the secrets of building a successful coaching practice
● Here you will find aerobatics: everything related to values, mission, deeper subtle things
● Consider the peculiarities of approaches to different types of clients
We will start studying social types of clients
● We will work on confidence, self-worth and self-esteem more deeply
Learn tools for developing client awareness and motivation
● Go through the steps to build your own coaching practice
Kaleidoscope of Clients – a day of coaching practice with real clients. This is group mentoring, where you will conduct real sessions with different clients in separate rooms, and the mentor will observe and give feedback

Module 4.

When we have worked out the necessary tools and you start your coaching practice, you will need clients. You will need someone to work with and earn money.

So we will learn how to attract clients to your sessions and consultations
● We will learn how to sell 2-3-month coaching programs and session packages. This will provide you with free time, because you won’t have to be in constant search and will multiply your earnings.
● We will analyze sales without sales, without pressure and psychological and marketing manipulations. We will analyze the technology that will make customers want to continue working with you
● We will build with you such proposals for consultations and sessions that will help you get exactly the audience you need and do it constantly. Even if you don’t have many followers on social media
● We will find your specialization, niche, because “everything for everyone” does not work
● We will write down the main characteristics of your potential customers, which will help you to accurately hit this audience with your offers. The usual “interests” and “behavior” won’t do for this
● Take master classes from our program alumni on how to develop your coaching practice
